I am looking for information on my great great grandmother. She was married to:
Chauncey French b.1816 in Indiana  d. 1869 Sumner Lawrence Illinois. 
His first marriage was to Jane Travis with whom he had several children.  He then married Elizabeth (Eliza).  Together they had Norman and  Charles French.  I am having trouble finding a record of Elizabeth's maiden name. I can't find a marriage record for Chauncey and Elizabeth. Any suggestions?
